We are Innovative Cost Consulting (ICC), a management consulting firm, founded in 2011, in Dallas, Texas by Dave Sullivan and our incredible team. We saw a need that large organizations had for smart (management, talent and tech.) tools that work. We identify and implement cost-cutting measures (without embarking on management’s time and resources). These solutions not only improve the bottom line, they also enable employers to do more for their workforce, better protect their facilities and their surrounding environment(s).
